I’ve spoken on here about my struggles with weight before and how I’ve had an eating disorder in the past.
Basically I don’t know how to lose weight without starving myself. That being said I don’t feel healthy anymore and I’d love to get back to a healthier shape and fitness level.

2012: seriously bro?
on my way to nye dinner i started getting sick and have been in bed with a stomach bug ever since. however, my goal this year of not throwing up on nye was accomplished. same cannot be said for my gent, who apparently caught my death illness while being an awesome nurse.
